The WSDRF is well suited for Individual and Institutional Subscribers seeking to capture a consistent return within their cash portfolios. The Fund is co-managed by WealthSpring Advisors and WealthSpring Capital.

Requirements

The WSDRF is suitable for those meeting the criteria of an “Accredited Investor” as defined by Rule 501 of Regulation D pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933, and those meeting the criteria of “Qualified Eligible Person” as defined by Regulation 4.7(a) pursuant to the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (the “CEA”).
