Kurt Hamby's career has been represented by decades of experience within engineering, specialized defense products, security, and humanitarian efforts within an array of technological solutions and commercial ventures. As a member of WealthSpring’s Advisory Board he provides expertise and insight within projects characterized by emerging technologies, developing engineering solutions, and humanitarian products, services, and distribution efforts.

 

His extensive background includes 35+ years of engineering and management relating to combat training instrumentation systems. He spent the first 12 years of his career working at the Army’s National Training Center which instilled a deep understanding of systems engineering, systems integration and systems testing processes and procedures.

 

As Founder and CEO of RSDI and Century 21 Village (C21V), Mr. Hamby has been responsible for building organizational cultures which focus primarily on real-world requirements and solutions within each project they endeavor to engage.  RSDI’s core focus provides innovative and adaptable engineering solutions to bolster communications, information security & systems, and other engineering challenges to provide the best solutions and the most cost-effective measures for its end users.

 

Mr. Hamby is also developing a systems-based approach with C21V to reduce or eliminate abject poverty in third-world countries by building eco-villages combining cost effective, robust, and secure housing, water purification, and power and food preparation & distribution. C21V’s unique approach and intellectual property has been designed to utilize less than 10% of the water needed for growing 100 times the fruit and vegetable output produced by traditional farming methods.
