Christina M. Kisley's career consists of decades of experience as an Executive Coach, Consultant & Catalyst, Seasoned Business Professional, and Entrepreneur.
Christina M. Kisley brings decades of business and organizational development experience to WealthSpring's Board of Advisors. Ms. Kisley is a coach, consultant and catalyst -- as well as a seasoned business professional and serial entrepreneur. Ms. Kisley's educational background includes extensive graduate work in Counseling Psychology and Human Resource Development at Georgia State University and has a certificate in Human Resource Development and Organizational Behavior from Florida International University. Her Bachelor of Business Management with a major in Human Resource Management was earned at The University of Toledo College of Business and Innovation in Ohio. Prior to forming her own ventures, Ms. Kisley served in various roles within the field of human resource development and organizational effectiveness, while working with organizations such as The Home Depot, Inc., Comcast Communications (now Xfinity), and Montell USA, Inc (now Lyondell Basell).
Her latest venture Kisley & Wild, LLC ("K&W"), a global consultancy, was launched in the spring of 2020. As Founder and CEO of Kisley & Wild, her company serves a diverse set of clients from solopreneurs and start-ups, to C-suite executives of Fortune 500 organizations, social entrepreneurs and significant non-profits -- with market segments served ranging from pharmaceuticals to luxury sportscar brands. The K&W mission, inspired by Ms. Kisley's commitment to practicing and teaching the principles of conscious capitalism has been developed to Catalyze Growth On Purpose. The firm provides consulting within the areas of entrepreneurial mentorship, organizational effectiveness, executive coaching, leadership, and team development.
Prior to K&W, Ms. Kisley founded and led Life-Long Leadership, Inc. ("L3") for 18 years, in addition to being involved in smaller ventures. L3, a boutique leadership development firm, partnered with individuals and teams to increase leadership and team effectiveness, while partnering with a variety of organizations within diverse market space including AstraZeneca, Chick-fil-A, Inc., The Home Depot, and SunTrust Bank (now TRUIST). L3's mission also served large nonprofits like The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation as well as volunteering in smaller leadership-focused nonprofits such as Leadership Buckhead.
Taking her commitment to mission-driven organizations beyond the workplace alone, she is the former Co-Chair of the board of Conscious Capitalism Atlanta, and has an on-going commitment to coach the Administrative & Academic Leadership Teams, as well as facilitating staff development, at Atlanta Youth Academy. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Ms. Kisley also volunteers for the Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta, walking the “gentle giants”. She currently resides in Atlanta with her daughter Audrianna and her “wild kingdom” of animals.
