Robert J. Angerer's career consists of decades of experience as an Engineer and Attorney within Oil & Gas Exploration, Mining, and the Legal Profession.
Robert J. Angerer, Sr. brings decades of diverse business and transactional legal expertise to the WealthSpring Board of Advisors. He has been married for more than 40 years, and has five children and eighteen grandchildren based mostly in Florida.
Since 1993 he has been a principal and manager of various oil and gas projects, geological surveys, and drilling ventures – as well as a founding equal general partner of Oil For America -- while conducting operations in Florida, Texas, Illinois, North Dakota and Montana. As an electrical engineer, Mr. Angerer has worked with Hoad Engineering in Ypsilanti, Michigan and as a Project Engineer of Instrumentation and Control for a 3.2GW coal fired power plant in Monroe, Michigan. As Chief Executive Officer, Principal and Sole Signatory of RJA 10, LLC, he shares his time with homes in Tallahassee and North Dakota.
His diverse technical and legal experience within aspects of the oil and gas business include:

Conducting leasing involving hundreds of thousands of acres of minerals,

Laying out and supervising seismic surveys in Texas,

Reviewing and applying geological analyses and interpretations,

Supervising drilling, completion and production of many oil and gas wells,

Negotiating marketing agreements,

And obtaining permits and filing regulatory reports.
Mr. Angerer’s projects also include the development of a 3.5-billion-barrel oil project including shipping facility, pipelines, more than 700 wells, a natural gas liquids facility, and a 1.25GW electrical generation plant fired with natural gas. He also maintains a stake in a $100MM railroad shipping facility he conceived, designed and began building in Dickinson, North Dakota. Other related projects involve a zero-emission refinery, air liquefaction to produce neon, argon and other strategic gas, and hydrogen generation technologies. The potential market valuation of these projects, when completed, will exceed several billion dollars.
Mr. Angerer has also practiced law for more than 50 years, as a Partner with Angerer & Angerer, while attaining the highest rating by Martindale-Hubble – a peer and judiciary rating of legal proficiencies acknowledging skill and the continued application of ethical standards. As a member of the Florida BAR he has been honored for his 50 years of practice with no complaints or other dishonorable mentions within his practice. As a trial attorney representing major oil and gas litigation in United States and Canada since 1976, he was successful in actions versus Mobil, Amoco, Exxon, and others.
