Thomas Howell serves as President & Chief Investment Officer at WealthSpring. His 30-year career as a Senior Executive, Consultant, and Board Member has produced a series of successful strategic and tactical results within publicly traded, privately held, and charitable ventures. Prior to WealthSpring, he developed innovative products, was responsible for planning and executing product launches, and expanded methods designed to refine demographic profiling to market more efficiently to qualified clients.
Serving as President of Intermountain Marketing, a boutique venture capital firm, Mr. Howell successfully identified, acquired, and restructured several companies and their go-to-market strategies, while also raising initial and later rounds of capital. At Intermountain, he oversaw company operations and assembled a portfolio of public and private companies preparing them for more consistent levels of growth and profitability. Notable ventures he developed and successfully brought into publicly traded markets were NetVoice Technologies Corporation and PayStar Communications, Inc.
Mr. Howell has consulted with numerous for-profit firms in a variety of capacities. As a valued advisor and market strategist, he has developed innovative solutions used for product development and distribution, as well as devising resolutions to complicated business issues within varied market sectors including retail, manufacturing, and technology. Mr. Howell also served as Deputy Director of UYM Charities, a well-established non-profit where he developed the infrastructure and implemented procedures designed to streamline proficiencies, more efficiently manage budgets, and attract more charitable donations. Mr. Howell’s dedicated work consulting within the charitable sector has influenced other non-profits resulting in effective solutions serving a myriad of humanitarian concerns.
