Arnold J. Ramirez’s career consists of more than 40 years of experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive within Fortune 100 Companies, and a Sales Process Consultant within the Payroll Industry.

Arnold J. Ramirez’s career brings more than 40 years of experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive within Fortune 100 Companies, and a Sales Process Consultant within the Payroll Industry to WealthSpring's Advisory Board. In 1981, upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX., Mr. Ramirez began the foundational years of his career at Xerox. In more than 7 years he achieved 5 President Club Awards for consistent sales and revenue production. During his time, he was steadily promoted from Account Management to Major Account Management, and finally to Sales Management in San Antonio Texas.

 

After honing his skills in Major Accounts for three years at AT&T, Mr. Ramirez entered the payroll industry as he was recruited by ADP, the largest publicly traded provider of payroll services, benefits, and HR in the US. He was quickly recognized nationally as a rising star and contributor to the company after developing a complete sales process & training course, which was eventually embraced by ADP at a corporate level and adopted nationally. During his 13-year tenure, he distinguished himself among ADP’s 1,350-person sales force with 4 Board of Director Awards (the highest award given by ADP across all business segments), was recognized as ADP’s number one salesperson in the US twice, as the number one Sales Manager in the US, and as the number one Regional Vice President of Sales in the US while serving in Denver, CO.

 

Due to his growing reputation in the Payroll Industry, Mr. Ramirez chose to leave ADP and form the Revenue Xceleration Group, LLC (aka. “The RevX Group”) where to date he has consulted with more than 85 payroll clients over a 20-year period. His clients have included Paychex, Paylocity, Paycom, Execupay, Benefit Mall, and others building sales training, developing & implementing programs to accelerate revenues, sales management processes, and providing advice and counsel to companies regarding more effective and targeted recruiting & hiring practices for open positions of all compensation levels.

 

He is a sought-after speaker on such topics as Building Effective Sales and Marketing Processes, Sales Planning & Infrastructure, and Initiating Common-Sense Approaches for Impactful Product Launches & Distribution. Mr. Ramirez currently resides in Wyoming with his wife Kristin and his son Ty.
