Defined Return Fund
The WS Defined Return Fund, LLC (WSDRF) is a Regulation D 506(c) offering formed to provide a defined annual return, over a defined time horizon. The WSDRF is well suited for individual and institutional investors seeking to capture a consistent return within their cash portfolios. The Fund is managed by both WealthSpring Advisors, LLC and WealthSpring Capital, LLC.
Eligibility Requirements
The WSDRF is suitable for those meeting the criteria of an “Accredited Investor” as defined by Rule 501 of Regulation D pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933, and those meeting the criteria of “Qualified Eligible Person” as defined by Regulation 4.7(a) pursuant to the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (the “CEA”).
